This is one reason why he obtained his Accredited Land Consultant designation and also became a Director with the Texas Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute, the leading national land organization that provides land education for land professionals in real estate.

Don has owned many types of ranches and is an avid outdoorsman, this allows him to bring real, hands-on experience to all of his land & ranch clients. Milestones:

2018 – Don receives the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation from REALTORS Land Institute.

2018 – Don became a Director for the Texas Chapter of the REALTOR® Land Institute. The Texas Chapter has a strong focus on land education, networking with land professionals and offering all types of land related courses for its members.

2013 – Don receives Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation from Luxury Home Council.

2013 – Don receives e-PRO certification for digital marketing techniques.

2010 – Don founded Longhorn Realty, LLC.

2010 – Don receives his Texas broker’s license.

2005 – Don receives his Texas real estate sales agent license with Gene Stewart’s ranch brokerage in San Saba, TX.

2002 – Don became a life member and official measurer for Safari Club International.

1990’s – As an unlicensed real estate investor, Don bought, sold and improved millions of dollars of ranches throughout Central Texas.
